Patient health record can be added from this option after adding registration details. After registration next screen is to add health record of patients. In this option patient illnesses, Allergies, habits of smoking, Liquor consumption, Tobacco in any form, blood group, medical history, Dental history and current medication if any can be added for future reference and for deciding medication. Health record will be updated based on information provided by patient. Submitting health records is compulsory to register patient details. On completion and submitting health record you will be directed to patient visit option.

Billing and receipts amount are added during visits.

Doctors can add expenses from ‘Add Expenses’ option with particulars of expense and payments  added to supplier ( while receiveing goods and from payment options) in inventory gets reflected automatically

Doctors can also view listing of expenses of any month and can edit particular expense entered in case if any changes are required.

In Financials option All transactions summary is available of last six months as well as current month.

Columns are Month/Year, Billing, Receipt, Previous months receipt, Expenses and Income.

 

Lab Work module is available for giving different kind of work by Doctors to Laboratories.

Status of assignment can be updated later as and when its completed.

Any Column can be edited / updated whenever changes are required or even deleted as well.

Sorting can be done on any column by searching any column value in search box.

Search can be done on all / particular ( by selecting from dropdown ) column from search available.

All lab work can be downloaded as excel file by clicking on “Download” button or the same can be printed as well.

NO. Your patients data is confidential and no other doctor / no one can view since data is stored in your laptop / PC.

Since the data is stored locally it cannot be accessed by anyone.

Patient appointment can be scheduled from appointment option. Patient can be searched on name, registration no. as well as cell no.

Consulting room and date as well as time slot ( from time and to time ) can be selected based on availability of time slot for respective consulting room. ( can be seen from chart shown below ).

If SMS facility is availed then system will send SMS on scheduling appointment provided internet is available with laptop/Pc ( Only for Doctors in India ).

All appointments of patients can be seen at a glance for current week and then based on week selected from calendar ( available on left side). Consulting room wise appointment can be viewed.

Doctors can register patients based on information given by patient.

Registration will capture personal details like Name, cell no, Email Id,date of birth, Age, Gender, Registration no., Security no. referred by name of person / patient, and complete address of patient.

If patient is not willing to share his address then address need not be entered since the same is not compulsory.

During visits of patients search is available on cell no, regn no. as well as name. If there are multiple patients of same name then patients full name with age and regn. no. will be shown for selection. Same search is available in appointment as well.

Doctors can add parameters like Diagnosis, Treatment and charges in profile for reference. Parameters can be added during patients visits since diagnosis and treatment varies from patient to patient and according to category ( for e.g. dentist, Orthopedic, Ophthalmologist, and Dietitian Etc. ).

Dropdown is provided for tooth no, treatment and diagnosis code for ease of visit addition only diagnosis need to be entered.

X-ray or any document related to visit can be uploaded for future reference.

In Visit option doctors can view outstanding of all patients.

Follow-up date can be added when visits are scheduled after a couple of months and a reminder follwo-up report can be drawn weekly from report section.

Any past visits can be seen by selecting date and time of visit from drop down available of a patient.

On clicking Bill and prescription during visit of any patient PDF files are created which can be viewed and printed ( PDF format ).

SMS will be send to patients as and when appointment is scheduled ( available for Indian Doctors ) provided internet is available while scheduling appointmets.

Reminder SMS can be sent for patients outstandng amount from view outstanding option.

In profile doctors can upload pictures of their clinic for patients to show when they visit the clinic.

In Visit drop down is provided for Tooth No., Treatment and Diagnosis Code for Statutory Reporting. E-bill and e-Prescription can be printed or saved for future reference or to email patient.

Search in appointment and visits can be done on name, mobile no. and registration no.

Lab work monitoring by adding details and updating regularly.

Stock Management System to keep stock of items in clinic.

In Smile Gallery Treatment of tooth pictures can be uploaded category wise
so that the same can be shown to patients according to diagnosis for patients confidence.
